เงื่อนไขการใช้บัตร Gift Card

1. ใช้ได้ที่ ร้านค้าในเครือเซ็นทรัลกรุ๊ป เช่น เซ็นทรัล, เซ็น, มาร์คแอนด์สเปนเซอร์, มูจิ, เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด ฮอลล์, ท็อปส์, ซูเปอร์คุ้ม, อีทไทยโซนตลาด, Thai Favourites, เซกาเฟรโด ซาเนตติ เอสเพรสโซ, เพาเวอร์บาย, ซูเปอร์สปอร์ต, บีทูเอส, โรบินสัน, ไทวัสดุ, บ้านแอนด์บียอน, มัทสึโมโตะ คิโยชิ และ ออฟฟิศเมท ตามมูลค่าในบัตร (ยกเว้นร้านค้าเช่าพื้นที่, พื้นที่ศูนย์อาหาร)
2. มูลค่าคงเหลือจะปรากฏในใบเสร็จที่ชำระด้วยบัตรนี้ ตรวจสอบยอดเงินคงเหลือได้ที่แผนกลูกค้าสัมพันธ์/เคาน์เตอร์แคชเชียร์ของร้านค้าในเครือเซ็นทรัลกรุ๊ป
3. บัตรนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ชำระค่าสินค้าประเภทบัตรโทรศัพท์, บัตรเติมเงินทุกประเภท, บัตรเงินสด, บัตรกำนัล, บัตรของขวัญ, สินค้าขายส่งและสินค้ากลุ่มโครงสร้างบางรายการ
4. บัตรนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ชำระค่าสินค้าหรือบริการอันเป็นการฝ่าฝืนข้อห้ามหรือข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายซึ่งบังคับใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบันหรืออาจจะมีขึ้นในอนาคตได้ เช่น สุรา, บุหรี่, ยา, อาหารสำหรับทารก อาหารสำหรับเด็กเล็กและอาหารเสริมสำหรับทารก
5. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับ/คืนบัตร ยกเลิกบัตร ชดเชยความเสียหายกรณีบัตรชำรุดหรือมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นกับบัตร รวมถึงกรณีบัตรสูญหาย
6. ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
7. บัตรไม่มีวันหมดอายุ กรณีบัตร Gift Card มีมูลค่าเหลือน้อยกว่า 200 บาท และไม่มีการเคลื่อนไหวติดต่อกันมากกว่า 5 ปี บริษัทฯสงวนสิทธิในการคิดค่าธรรมเนียมจากผู้ถือบัตร ตามที่บริษัทฯเห็นสมควร
8. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

Terms & Conditions

1. This card is valid for purchases up to the top-up value at Central Department Store, Zen, Marks & Spencer, MUJI, Central Food Hall, Tops, Superkoom, Eathai, Thai Favourites, Segafredo Zanetti Espresso, Power Buy, Supersports, B2S, Robinson, Thai Watsadu, Baan and Beyond, Matsumoto Kiyoshi and OfficeMate (product/service from rental shops at all businesses and store formats, food court)
2. The remaining balance will appear on the receipt after each use and may be checked at the Customer Services or cashier counters at any Central Group store.
3. This card is not valid for purchases of phone card, cash card, gift card, gift voucher, wholesale item and construction materials (selected items).
4. This card is not valid for purchases of alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceutical product, infant/preschool children feeding, nutritional product and other products/services as prohibited by the laws as in force on the date of issuing of this card or as will be applied in the future.
5. Should this Gift Card appear damaged, deformed or in any way altered, Central Group reserves the right to cancel or refuse validity of the card without compensation.
6. This card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
7. This card has no expiration date. Should a remaining balance of Gift Card is lower than 200 Bath and having been inactive for 5 consecutive years, it shall be subject to an account maintenance fee as specified by Central Group per month.
8. Central Group reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.
