  1. Promotion Period
  • Commencement Date: October 15, 2025, at 12:01 AM (Thailand Time)
  • Closing Date: December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Thailand Time)
  1. Eligibility and Exclusions
  • Entry is open to all residents of Thailand aged 18 years or above.
  • Ineligible to enter are employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Western Union® Agents and Sub-agents, and service providers/marketing agencies associated with this Promotion.
  1. Entry Requirements
  • Participants must execute an Outbound money transfer with a principal amount of at least THB 15,000 (excluding transfer fees).
  • Valid for transfers to all corridors (destinations).
  • The transaction must be performed at one of the 10 participating CDS retail locations listed in Clause 7.
  • The reward is available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be granted immediately at the transaction location.
  • Eligible participants cannot receive the reward more than once within the same calendar month.
  1. Prize Details and Limitation
  • Prize: A THB 200 Grab e-voucher discount code.
  • Quantity Limit: 200 codes per month, totaling 600 codes for the entire Promotion Period.
  • The voucher allocation is predetermined and distributed based on differing proportions for each participating location.
  1. Conditions Relating to Prize and Liability
  1. Prize Redemption: The Grab e-voucher is not redeemable for cash, and the Eligible Participant(s) shall be responsible for any tax liabilities arising from redemption.
  2. Third-Party Provider: The prizes are procured from a third-party provider and are subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions, specifically concerning product warranty.
  3. Promoter’s Exclusion of Liability:
    • The third-party provider shall be responsible for any issues arising from or connected with the vouchers, services, and/or information they provide; the Promoter assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard.
    • Any inquiry or complaint regarding the code, services, and/or information must be directed directly to the third-party provider.
    • The Promoter excludes liability in connection with the Promotion once the winner(s) enjoys any benefit, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  4. Verification: The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation for the purpose of validating participation or facilitating prize allocation, in cases of suspicion or uncertainty.

  1. Consent and Personal Information
  • Publicity: Acceptance of any prize, benefit, and/or offer will be deemed as consent by the winner(s) to participate in related publicity and use their name, likeness, image, and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation.
  • Personal Information (PI): The Promoter will collect PI to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such PI to third parties (including agents, contractors, and prize suppliers). Entry is conditional on providing this PI.
  1. General Clauses
  • In the event of any disputes, the Company’s decision shall be considered final and absolute.
  • All participants are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions without any objection.
